If the design you are requesting is a product preview, you will receive an additional invoice for the remaining $10 balance via PayPal before the final file is delivered. If you also order the reusable Canva template, you will receive an invoice for the additional $8 balance.
If you would like to order designs for additional products, you will be able to provide that information in your client intake form & you will receive a separate invoice for those designs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How will I give you all of the information that I want included in my design?After you place your deposit, you will be redirected to a page with information about the design process and a link to a CLIENT INTAKE FORM to fill out. You will be able to provide all of the design details there.
- I want a custom product preview. Why am I only paying $25? I thought a preview cost $35.You are making a deposit. A preview is a larger design, so I don't require full payment up front. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance prior to the final file delivery.
- I want you to design graphics for more than one product.Great! Go ahead and pay the deposit for the designs for one product and then on your client intake form you will be able to upgrade your order to include additional designs. You will receive a separate invoice for the remaining balance.
- Why would I want/need the reusable Canva template?The editable template is great to have for if you ever want to insert pictures and text for a DIFFERENT product other than the one I am designing for. Canva is free and super simple to use. When you invest in the reusable templates, you will receive a link to the shared editable template that you will have unlimited access to.
- What type of file will I receive?You will receive your designs in JPEG and PNG forms. If you are purchasing a preview, that will be delivered as a PDF.
- How long will it take to receive my final files?That depends on the scope of the project. If I am creating many designs for you it will take longer. Additionally, if you request multiple revisions that will add time to the project. I commit to having the first round of proofs ready within 5 business days of receiving your client intake form. I typically have them much sooner.
- How many revisions are included?I provide unlimited revisions (within reason). I want you to be 100% happy with the final designs!
